Excellent presentation by John Young on his life in motorcycling. A collection was made to support two of his family members who are cycling from Land's End to John'o'groats. Members generously donated over £100 to their chosen charity McMillan Nurses.

Please pass our thanks on to the Westland Classic M/C Club for their kind and generous donation to Andy and Elliot’s fundraiser.
They have just completed Day 5 of their cycle (550 miles since they started on Saturday 7th September).
They have been through all types of weather - rain, hail and wind and had to cope with unexpected diversions and loose cows on the road. Today riding up Shapfell - beautiful scenery but 8 miles up to the 1400 ft summit.
A good turn out of riders for the Care Home visit on 22nd August. The visit was much enjoyed by the residents of the care home who fed and watererd the riders. Well done to those who came.
A great cheque presentation night at Club Night on 7th October. Freewheelers representatives accepted a cheque for £1664.00. Richard Brann and Nick Luffman accepted the cheque for Headway for the sum of £1480.00
